FHA Loan Limits Increase!!!!

This is something to cheer about.....

FHA mortgage loan limits have increased to $453,750 for single-family home.

This is great news for Atlantic County. More great news is that the Ameridream Down Payment Assistance Program is also still available. This program will help your buyer get into their dream home with 0% down!
